Neely Agency Mixer: Networking for a Cause Featuring WOA House of Style Benefiting ERASE Child Trafficking

The #MLK50 Series of the Neely Agency Mixer (NAM): Networking for a Cause will be held at Art Village Gallery on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for its South Main Edition.

NAM is an exclusive networking event where you will find attendees networking with Memphis’ finest executives, entrepreneurs, public sector and entertainment industry professionals, learning about featured organizations, enjoying great music and appetizers.

Each month, the NAM, presented by the local and minority-owned public relations, marketing, advertising, and casting agency, raise money and awareness to benefit a different nonprofit organization at different venues throughout Memphis and Shelby County.

This #MLK50 and National Human Trafficking Awareness Month inspired mixer speaks to basic human rights that Dr. King fought and died for right here in Memphis.  Child Trafficking is Modern Day Slavery. Every year traffickers steal children as young as 5 years old and sell them into forced sex or labor situations. They are taken away from their families and forced to perform unspeakable acts. In the Child Trafficking definition of victims, boys are included as well as girls, and the victims could be anyone—your daughter, your son, your neighbor, your friend.

This mixer will benefit ERASE Child Trafficking, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. ERASE’s mission is to be a unifying voice creating a cultural shift in the perception of child trafficking, working towards its eradication by empowering action against this inhumanity through education, recovery, and life reclamation.
